We are Optimised, a team of over 160 people driven by passion to create a positive impact and make a real difference in the world!

With offices across the UK and our team of engineers working nationwide, we pride ourselves on delivering impactful solutions to optimise the worlds transition to net zero and beyond.

We recognise that the climate emergency is the greatest challenge of our generation, and we are driven both personally and professionally to be a force for positive change.

We deliver a range of integrated energy and sustainability solutions spanning Carbon Impact, Utility Management and Building Optimisation that help our clients achieve their decarbonisation goals whilst delivering significant returns on investment.

As a certified B Corp, we place purpose before profit, upholding the highest standards of social and environmental performance, diversity, inclusion, and accountability in everything we do.

At Optimised, we know that our people are our greatest asset. That’s why we offer a flexible, fun, and supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to perform to their best. We’re always looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about making a positive impact.

As we continue to grow, we need more dedicated people to join our mission. If you are driven by purpose and ready to contribute to a better future, we would love to hear from you!

About the role
We’re looking for a detail-driven, relationship-focused individual to join our team as an Energy Billing Analyst. If you have experience in the energy industry and a passion for data, we’d love to hear from you. New to energy? Although we’d love someone to hit the ground running, we are more than open to considering applications with experience in a finance or data-led role, particularly involving invoicing or billing.

As an Analyst within our Energy Bureau, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. From validating utility invoices and meter readings to producing insightful portfolio-wide reports, your work will directly support accuracy, transparency and informed decision-making. You’ll also manage tenancy changes, resolve billing discrepancies and help ensure our internal systems remain precise and up to date.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a data-rich environment – analytical, proactive and highly detail-oriented – but equally confident building relationships and communicating with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of 2 days in our central Bristol office alongside a supportive and talented team.

We recognise that no candidate will match every requirement perfectly. If you’re aligned with our purpose and bring relevant experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.
